I have used Empire 3 times for both carpeting and windows, and would not go anywhere else. Their representatives are personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I love Empire. Empire has the blinds we wanted both diagonal and horizontal, the warranty is great, to be installed next week!  And the wall to wall carpet is beautiful!
