This was our first time using Empire Today and we have never experienced such incredible service. We called to make an appointment and soon the Empire Today representative came in and we went over everything for our new window treatments. He was so kind and answered every question we had. The two gentlemen who came in for the installation were also unreal. They were very professional and did such an incredible job. It all looks perfect. There is no question where we will go to get additional window treatments or carpet: we are calling Empire Today. Thank you so much!

Initially I was overwhelmed by window treatment options and did not know what to choose. However, my Empire Today sales representative knew exactly what look and texture would suit my living room. The installation was timely and exact to the 1/16th of an inch. I’m sure glad I didn’t do it myself. The new window treatments really define my room and showcase my view. I’ll definitely go back to Empire Today and will refer all my friends and relatives. Thanks again!

Empire Today is EVERYTHING they say they are. I had a great Empire Sales Representative come and give us a quote for window treatments. We were flexible on the installation date but not necessarily the time of day since we both work. Empire Today made arrangements to install our new blinds after 5:00 p.m. Our installer was in and out in no time and left our home just as clean as when he arrived.
We are pleased with the process from beginning to end. Customer service, contact, the representative, the installation and the product. What an excellent service Empire Today offers.
We plan on installing an additional 11 blinds in a few months and of course we will be calling Empire Today.

We recently had Empire Today install new window treatments in our home and I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with them. Empire did a wonderful job. From the first phone call we made to the day they were installed we were given the best treatment. I have also had empire install all new wood flooring through out our home and once again the job was nicely done and we are more than happy with the work that was done. If anyone is looking for quality flooring and or window treatments, Empire Today is the place to go. The price was right and the people they have working for them are top notch. There just are not enough good things or time to say about Empire.

I just had my carpet replaced and had a window treatment done by your company and have to say that I was very, very, pleased. The sales representative’s were very pleasant and the installers were such an enjoyable group of people. The carpet installers worked like a well-oiled machine and treated my home with the greatest of respect. The window installer was just the most impressionable young man. When both jobs were completed I was well pleased. I would highly recommend Empire Today to anyone who needs any of your services and desires a competent and professional job done in their home. Hi, I had a wonderful experience with Empire! I scheduled an appointment online and someone called me back the next morning to schedule an appointment. Our Empire Today Sales Representatives showed up right on time and were very personable and easy to talk to.
No high pressure selling. I decided on what blinds I wanted and they did everything possible to get the price in the range I could afford. Our Installer showed up the next day and took measurements of the windows. Again very professional and worked quickly so I could get to work on time.
I was called when my blinds arrived at the store and they were installed the next day. The blinds look beautiful and of a high quality. My house has never looked so good from the inside and the outside. I would recommend Empire to everyone.
I have very little free time and they arrived when they said they would so I had no waiting around wasting on my day. That trait alone sets them apart from other companies who feel their time is more important then the customers and show up hours after they say they will. Two thumbs way up for Empire!!

Our Empire Today Sales Representative was wonderful. He had great energy and made the window treatment experience an easy one. He knew immediately what would look good in my condo- which was welcome because I know nothing about window treatments. He showed me samples and was very knowledgeable about the various products. We got the job done really quickly and I can’t wait for my new blinds to come in. He helped me upgrade my apartment into a much more enjoyable living space. Thanks again.

Thank you to our sales representative! I love Empire. Empire has the blinds we wanted both diagonal and horizontal, the warranty is great, to be installed next week! And the wall to wall carpet is beautiful! Was installed yesterday, they were in and out in apx 4 hours. 4 men–All we had to do was disconnect any electronics, and remove any breakable nick knacks–they moved the rest-all the furniture. Not a nightmare, just a dream. Very positive experience. Thank you to our sales representative and thank you Empire Today.

We selected Empire Today for there easy in home service. We got the best treatment we could imagine. Our sales representative was very informative. He was friendly, nice and willing to get us the best deals he could. We appreciate the fast service we received especially with a baby on the way. They came and installed the blinds and it took less than 15 minutes. We will definetly recommend Empire Today to friends and family.
